Digital Items (Digital Downloadable Files)

We offer 100% refund for your digital orders.

However take note that request for refund must be made prior submission of final artwork. Once we have submit the final artwork we can’t accept any request. Hope you’ll understand.

Because of the nature of these item we can’t accept returns for custom or personalized digital / downloadable orders.

Physical Items (Canvas and Posters)

We gladly accept returns for damaged or defective canvas and posters. Just contact us within 30 days upon receiving and ship items back within 30 days.

Claims deemed an error on our part are covered at our expense. We will reprint and reship the new canvas or poster at no cost to you.

Send us photos for immediate resolution.


We don’t accept cancellations. But please contact us if you have any problems with your order.

Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 30 days after the product has been received. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 30 days after the estimated delivery date.

Claims deemed an error on our part are covered at our expense.

Misprinted / Defective / Damaged

If the product has a manufacturing defect i.e ripped or torn when you open the package, let us know by taking a picture and contact us directly with your order number.

We will reprint and reship the new canvas or poster at no cost to you.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Wrong Address

If you provide an address that is considered insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be returned to our facility. You will be liable for reshipment costs once we have confirmed an updated address with you.

sillypinky is not responsible for incorrect shipping addresses provided by you and does NOT provide free replacements for orders shipped to incorrect addresses if we successfully shipped the order to the address provided.

For orders with tracking number, when the carrier-provided tracking shows a package delivered, but you have not received it, it is considered final and completed. Under no circumstances will we provide refunds and/or credits for orders shipped when the tracking indicates that the package successfully delivered.

Returned / Unclaimed Packages

After an order has been shipped, if the package is returned to us due to an “Unclaimed” or “Undeliverable” / “Insufficient” address, or for any other reason, the following will apply:

If you can provide us with an updated shipping address, we will re-ship the order using the new address. You will be charged a re-shipping fee equal to the original shipping charge on the original order.

Re-Shipping is not guaranteed to be immediate and there may be some delay in re-shipping for administrative or other reasons.

Under no circumstances are refunds or credits provided for orders returned to us for any reason and where you do not wish to have the package re-shipped.

Return Address

It is best to contact us before returning any products.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

Lost-in-Transit Packages

If, based on the carrier-provided tracking information, we believe an order was lost in transit, and not delivered to the destination and not returned to the return address, we will at our own discretion either re-print and re-ship the order at no additional charge or provide a credit for the full amount of the order.

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will contact you to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 7 business days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. It may take some time before your refund is processed and reimbursed.


We strive to display as accurately as possible the colors of products and designs shown on our website. Due to the inconsistencies of various display monitors available on the market, the color you see on your screen may not be a totally accurate reproduction of the actual product.
